Every note-taking tool we tried either put a bot in the call or locked our own meeting history behind a paid plan. Transcriba transcribes without a bot and keeps history search free.
No bot joins the call
Transcriba runs as a side panel in the browser and doesn't join the call. Nothing shows up in the participant list.
Search is never paywalled
Browsing and searching your own meeting history works the same on every plan. Only AI generation, summary, action items, chat, is the paid part.
